PHOTOGRAPHS

15 Images - $150

25 Images - $200

35 Images - $250 (includes aerials if desired)

45 Images - $350 (includes aerials)

10 Images - $75

Just Aerial Photos - $75 (perfect for vacant land, etc.)

Add aerial photographs to any package for only $50!

For homes in the 1400-2000 SF range, we recommend the 25 or 35 photo packages. For larger homes, we recommend 35-45 images

Custom packages available, just call or email for a quote.

TRAVEL FEES

For homes within Grand Junction, Fruita, Clifton, and Palisade (within 15 miles of 81505) there is no travel fee. :D

For homes outside that region (Loma, Mack, Whitewater, Delta, Montrose, Battlement Mesa, Rife, etc.) a travel rate of 75¢/mile & $20/hr drive time will be added to the cost of the package.

HD VIDEO // VIRTUAL TOUR WALK THROUGH

For homes up to 2,000 SF - $150

2,000-4,000 SF - $250

4,000-6,000 SF - $350

Add aerial footage to any video for only $50!

Homes above 6,000 SF please contact us for a quote.

VIRTUAL STAGING

Only $40 Per Image! Two changes per image, then only $15/change.

Traditional staging will cost about $500/room and you'll be charged each month the furniture is in the house. Try out virtual staging and save yourself a fortune!! :D

ITEM REMOVAL

Messy house? No problem!

Remove all the objects you don't want and show the house to its true potential!

Only $10/image!

Cancellation Policy

We know things happen! Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled photo/video time. If within 2 hours of your appointment, 50% of total cost for the appointment will be charged. (most companies will charge the whole fee of the shoot!) Questions?
